You will work close to early customers, helping them build better habits around session evidence, product feedback, and team decision-making.

What you will do

Run customer research sessions and synthesize recurring product needs.

Create practical playbooks for teams using Flamio in weekly rituals.

Feed customer insights back into product, design, and onboarding.

What we are looking for

Experience in UX research, customer success, or product operations.

Comfort translating qualitative evidence into clear recommendations.

Strong written communication and structured follow-through.
