Flami assistant
Flami assistant
Flami answers questions about your product data in plain words — in Flamio, in Slack and in your AI tools — and builds charts for you.
Flami is the assistant in Flamio. Ask it about your product in your own words — what to fix first, why people leave a page, how a funnel converts — and it answers from your Flamio data, with links to the recordings, issues and reports behind the answer.
What you get
- Answers with evidence. Each answer shows which data Flami read, and cards that open the session, issue, report or task it is about.
- Help on the screen you are on. Ask from the Flami button in the corner of any screen, and Flami answers about what is in front of you.
- Charts on request. Ask for a number and get it as a chart; save it to a dashboard, or have Flami build a dashboard or a funnel.
- Directions. Ask where something is, and Flami shows you the place on screen.
- Shared chats. Every chat in your organization is listed for the whole team.
- Flami where you work. Ask in Slack, or from Claude, Cursor or Codex over MCP.
How it works at a glance
- You ask a question on the Assistant page, from the Flami button, in Slack or from an AI tool.
- Flami reads the data of your projects it needs — Vision tests and reports, On-Live visits and issues, dashboards and funnels.
- It answers in words, with a chart when there is a number, and cards that open the records.
- Each answer spends tokens from your organization's balance. See What Flami costs.
Limitations
- Flami does not change your account for you — test tasks, settings, projects and issue statuses stay as they are. What it does on request: starts a verification of a single On-Live issue and, for roles other than Viewer, builds and saves On-Live charts, creates a dashboard, adds a chart to one or takes it off, and creates a funnel. For anything else, open the card or link it gives you and make the change on that screen.
- Flami does not run a Vision AI report — instead, it shows a Run a full AI analysis in Flamio Vision card with the estimated cost and an Open in Flamio Vision button, which opens the task where Generate report lives.
- Flamio does not keep a chat private — every member sees every chat under All chats, and everyone except a Viewer can rename or delete them. Start only chats you are happy for the team to read.
- Flami does not take attachments — the box takes text only. Instead, ask from the Flami button so it reads the screen you are on, or name the project, page or user so it pulls the data itself.
- Flami cannot be put on your own website or shared by link — it answers in the Flamio dashboard, in Slack and in AI tools over MCP. The in-page Guide the web SDK shows your visitors is a different thing: it walks them through a task, and Flamio turns it on for your domain on request.
- Flami does not message you on its own — it only replies when asked. Instead, for a recurring summary, set up the daily digest and deliver it to a Slack channel.
