Flamio Vision

Flamio Vision

Write a task, send a link to testers, and get their recordings and an AI report on what stopped them.

Flamio Vision runs unmoderated usability tests on your website. You write a task, record the ideal way through it once, and send a link to the people you choose. Their recordings come back with every struggle moment marked, and Flamio writes an AI report that explains what stopped them and what to fix.

What you get

  • A test task with a share link that you send to anyone — no tester accounts.
  • A happy path: your own recording of the ideal flow, turned into steps you review and approve. Every tester is compared against it.
  • Tester recordings you can replay, with frictions — rage clicks, dead clicks, hesitation, wrong choices — marked on the timeline, plus JavaScript errors, console logs, failed requests and web vitals.
  • Task numbers at a glance: recordings collected, average duration, total frictions and frictions per session.
  • AI analysis reports with a UX score, the issues found and their root cause, a suggested fix for each, and a fix priority list.
  • Your review: confirm or reject each issue, leave feedback, and send confirmed issues to your task tracker.

How it works at a glance

  1. You create a test task in a project that covers a website: a name, the page testers start on, and the task statement they read.
  2. You record the happy path once in your own browser, then approve the steps Flamio drew from it.
  3. You send the task's link to your testers. Each one installs the Flamio extension and records their attempt.
  4. Flamio analyzes each recording automatically and marks the frictions.
  5. You generate an AI report for the task, review its issues and act on them.

Test tasks live inside a project. A project is one product, and the sidebar menu decides which project you are working in. To create one, click the button at the top of the sidebar, click Create project, keep Website selected under What does this project cover?, enter Project name and Site URL, and click Create project.

Limitations

  • Flamio does not find, recruit or pay testers, and testers do not get Flamio accounts — instead, you invite people yourself with the task's Session URL, or let the Launch step email it with Invite testers by email. With no testers at all, Flamio Scout audits the site on its own instead.
  • Flamio does not run test tasks on mobile apps — a test task always tests a website. Project lists only projects that cover a website. Instead, add Website under Covers in Settings > Project settings.
  • Flamio does not record testers in Firefox or Safari — they are turned away with "Currently, our extension only supports Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Opera etc.)." Instead, send the link to testers on Chrome, Edge or Opera.
  • Flamio does not have one list of all tester recordings — instead, open a task from Test Tasks: its Recordings table lists every recording it collected. The Recent recordings card on the Dashboard shows only the newest ones.
  • Flamio does not show what a report will cost before you click Generate report — instead, check the charge afterwards in Settings > Usage, or ask Flami on the Assistant page to analyze the task: it answers with an estimate and your remaining balance.
  • Flamio does not delete or archive projects — instead, rename the project, and set its test tasks to Inactive so they stop collecting recordings. Single test tasks and recordings can be deleted.
