Flamio On-Live

Read the Overview

What the On-Live Overview shows — the UX score, headline numbers, traffic mix and what needs attention — and how the filter bar scopes it.

The Overview is Flamio On-Live's health snapshot of your site for a period: one UX score, four headline numbers, who your traffic is, and the problems to look at first.

Open it from the sidebar: Flamio On-Live > Overview.

Why it matters

The Overview answers "is anything wrong right now, and where do I start?" without opening a single replay. Every card links to the screen with the detail behind it.

The filter bar

Every On-Live screen has the same filter bar under its title. On the Overview it holds three controls:

  • Period. The date picker on the left. Screens open on Last 14 days. Pick Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month, Last month or All time, or a custom range.
  • Version. A multi-select that reads All versions. It appears only once sessions carry a release version. See Check the impact of a release.
  • Traffic. Who is counted. Every card on the page follows it.
Traffic optionWho it counts
PeopleThe default. Everyone except agents and bots: Humans, From AI assistants, Unclear, and visits recorded before Flamio classified traffic.
HumansPart of People: visitors Flamio recognizes as people.
From AI assistantsPart of People: people who followed a link from ChatGPT, Perplexity and other assistants.
UnclearPart of People: Flamio could not tell a person from an agent. Counted as people.
Agents & botsAI agents, test automation and crawlers. Left out of the numbers unless you pick them here.
All trafficEveryone.

While People is selected and agents visited, the bar says Hiding N visits made only by agents. Click Show all traffic to include them.

UX Score

One number from 0 to 100 for the period, with its band:

BandScore
Healthy80–100
Needs attention60–79
Poor0–59

With too few analyzed visits, the card reads Collecting data…. Click the card (View pages) to open the Site Map and see which pages pull the score down.

Headline numbers

CardWhat it counts
Total VisitsVisits recorded in the period.
Avg DurationAverage time a visitor spent per visit.
Bounce RateShare of analyzed visits that saw only one page before leaving.
Friction RateShare of analyzed visits where Flamio found at least one moment of friction.

The two rates are shares of the analyzed visits counted under them. A visit still in progress joins once its analysis finishes. Hover the info icon on any card for its definition.

Traffic mix

How the period's visits split into Humans, From AI assistants, Unclear and Agents & bots. Visits recorded before Flamio classified traffic show as Before classification and count as people. Click a bucket to set the Traffic control to it.

What needs attention

The top five problems of the period, ranked by impact, with how many people each one hits and how many of them left. Click a row to open the issue, or View all issues for the full list. When nothing stands out, the card reads All clear.

Recent Visits and Worst pages

Recent Visits lists the latest visits. Click one to open its replay, or View more for the full Visits list.

Worst pages lists the pages with the lowest UX score, or, once you narrow the period or the filters, the pages with the most friction in that selection. Its Site map link opens the Site Map.
