Build a dashboard
Create On-Live dashboards from templates or from scratch, add charts from the catalog or by asking Flami, and arrange them.
A dashboard is a set of charts about your live traffic. Every project starts with one, Analytics. Create more from a template or from scratch, and add the charts your team checks every week.
Before you begin
- You need the Editor, Admin or Owner role to create, change or delete a dashboard. Any role can view dashboards.
- On-Live is enabled and has recorded sessions. Otherwise the page shows Flamio On-Live not enabled or Waiting for data... with a link to Setup.
Open the list of dashboards
In the sidebar, under Flamio On-Live, click Analytics — the project's own dashboard — then click Dashboards at the top right. The list shows each dashboard's Name, how many Charts it holds, and when it was Updated.
Create a dashboard
Click New dashboard and select one:
| Choice | What you get |
|---|---|
| Blank dashboard | An empty dashboard. Enter a Name and click Create. |
| Analytics | The project's full picture: engagement, acquisition, friction, behavior, audience and conversion. |
| Conversion | How often visits reach a goal, and which sources, devices and landing pages convert. Asks for a Goal first. |
| Friction & errors | Where visitors struggle and what breaks: friction by type, element and page, errors by group and status. |
| Page speed | Largest Contentful Paint over time, by page and by device. |
| Traffic & AI | Where visits come from — sources, landing pages, countries, devices — and what AI assistants send. |
Add charts
On the dashboard, click Add chart. In Add a chart, pick a category on the left — All charts, Traffic, Conversion, Friction, Errors, Page speed, AI assistants or Funnels — or type in Search charts. Click a chart to add it under the others. Click Done to close the catalog.
Funnels lists the project's saved funnels. With none yet, it reads No saved funnels yet and offers Create a funnel.
Or ask Flami for a chart
In Add a chart, type what you want into Describe the chart you want — for example "visits from AI assistants by week" — and click Ask Flami. The Flami panel opens and Flami builds the chart on this dashboard.
Arrange the charts
Click Edit layout. Drag a chart to move it, or drag its corner to resize it, then click Save layout. Cancel drops the changes.
A chart's … menu also has Move up, Move down, Width ½, Full width and Remove from dashboard.
Rename or reset the dashboard
The … menu beside Add chart has Rename, Reset to template (on a dashboard made from a template) and Delete dashboard. The Analytics dashboard keeps its name and offers Reset to template only.
Deleting and resetting remove charts
Result
The dashboard draws every chart for the period and filters in the bar above it. The address keeps the period and the picked filters, so a copied link opens the same view for a teammate. A typed filter — an entry URL, a user email or a meta value — stays on your page only.
Click the dashboard's title to switch to another of the project's dashboards, or to All dashboards. A dashboard holds at most 40 charts.
